Simone Bertollini, Esq.    

Simone is a native of Rome, Italy, and one of the very few Italian Lawyers in New York with full academic qualifications in both Italy and the United States. After graduating from law school at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”, Simone moved to the United States, where he was awarded a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kansas School of Law.

With his unique academic background and international experience, Simone can handle even the most complex transnational matters involving Italy and the United States. During his professional career, Simone has handled a variety of litigation cases in both State and Federal Courts.

Paul F. O’Reilly

Paul has a broad range of litigation and appellate experience. His practice focuses on real property and business litigation. Over the last 10 years, he represented real estate developers, software companies, commercial equipment sellers, and restaurants in several complex litigation matters.

Paul also served as counsel for individual clients in a diverse range of personal injury and family law matters.

During law school, he served as a summer intern for The Honorable Donald W. de Cordova, J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey (2001) and The Honorable Elijah L. Miller, Jr., J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey (2002).
